Brothers Keepers
Brothers Keepers’ mission is to develop young leaders according to Proverbs 27:17 “Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
Who? While priority enrollment is reserved for single-parent young men, any young man between the age of ten and sixteen can complete an application.
What? Brothers Keepers seeks to impart information and experiences that help young men to develop into responsible adult males, while nurturing in them a love for God and a healthy sense of self.
Where? January through June at Hosanna House Community Center.
When? All age groups meet the second Wednesday of each month. Ages twelve and up meet the third Wednesday of each month. All meeting times: 7:15 pm – 9:00 pm. A calendar of activities is provided upon enrollment.
Activities
– Annual Summer Trip for successful participants
– Periodic recreational events and activities
– Ushering at 2nd Service on Youth Sunday
– Planned recognitions for accomplishments
